At this point, a Preliminary Change of Ownership Document will be drafted along with a Sales/Purchase Agreement to be reviewed and signed. Our commission structure is simple. We charge a flat 8% of the sales price. Once the Sales/Purchase Agreement is signed and submitted to us, the full proceeds of the sale are then deposited into a secure Trust Account in your name at a bonded and licensed Title or Escrow company. From there, the title work will be processed and closing papers sent out. Once all documents have been processed, you will receive the proceeds of your sale.
