When ARDA developed a Model Timeshare Resale Act to help legislative agencies prepare, amend, or supplement existing timeshare sales and resale's laws, our founder was actively involved in the process.

We have had great success when we are contracted by a Buyer for a package orders and always refer first to our client listings before we reach out to prospected clients by means of a cold call.

(5) SIERRA POINTE MANAGEMENT L.L.C. will present offers to you, and, if necessary, will assist you in the negotiations process. Only after receipt of an ESTOPPELS LETTER stating the exact requirements to legally transfer a Right to Use contract or warranty deed/title to the registered Buyer. At this point, a Preliminary Change of Ownership Document will be drafted along with a Sales/Purchase Agreement to be reviewed and signed. Our commission structure is simple. We charge a flat 8% of the sales price. Once the Sales/Purchase Agreement is signed and submitted to us, the full proceeds of the sale are then deposited into a secure Trust Account in your name at a bonded and licensed Title or Escrow company. From there, the title work will be processed and closing papers sent out. Once all documents have been processed, you will receive the proceeds of your sale.  

(6) SIERRA POINTE MANAGEMENT L.L.C. earns our commission when your property sells and you've received your proceeds; never before. Therefore, it is in the best interests for all parties involved to sell your property at a fair market value as quickly and efficiently as possible.
