If you receive a call from anyone that is asking for advanced commissions, up front listing fees or personal information (such as Social Security numbers), do not do business with them and contact us immediately. They have used a Gmail account that is "spmtimesharesales@gmail.com" and call from different phone numbers. A common number being used is 407-505-2274 (Florida phone #). Aliases being used are "Mike Connelly", "Debbie Peterson", and a "Finance Manager" named "Dave".
Please be aware we are a licensed Real Estate Brokerage in the State of Arizona. Below is an email actually sent to owners by these person/persons. Rest assured, detectives are very close to tracking these people down.
